Babajide Adebisi has over 15 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of Health systems strengthening, nutrition and social and behavior change communication (SBCC) programs in Nigeria and Ghana. He has held various leadership roles in the NGO sector and is well grasped with high level donor relations such as USAID, DFID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to list a few.
He is currently the Regional Partnerships Adviser on the Alive & Thrive Project funded and has held positions such as the Chief of Party in Nigeria and Ghana for SPRING a USAID funded project for 5 years collectively, Nutrition Technical Advisor and National Fortification Manager with Helen Keller International.
Babajide led the process of developing and institutionalizing the National Infant and Young Child Feeding Package as well as the National Policy for Food and Nutrition in Nigeria. His other achievements include developing initiative for building the capacity of over 20,000 government staff across 16 states in the Nigeria, presenting several publications and research documents at national and international conferences.
